Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We want you to feel confident that your shopping experience is safe and protected. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel the order. If your order has already been shipped out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it. Since our orders ship promptly, notify us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order.
What if I am not satisfied with my gift?
It is our mission to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our gifts. If for any reason you are not, email us or telephone Customer Service within 2 days of order receipt with the following information: Order number, your name, email address, phone number including area code and the best time to contact you along with a detailed explanation of your complaint. For a prompt full refund, excluding any shipping charges, you must return the entire contents of the gift in its original box.
