What are the shipping rates?
Our gifts are large and require special padding and cushioning so they arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Therefore, each gift is shipped individually and shipping charges apply to each gift ordered.Shipping and Handling Rates are calculated via UPS Ground Shipping Rate Tables for each gift and $39.95 for USPS Express Mail Guaranteed Overnight Delivery and are shown at Checkout.

What happened if I give an incorrect shipping address or the shipment is not claimed?
We assume no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses or for packages that are not picked up. Our gifts contain chocolate and/or cheese that are perishable and fragile. Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information. UPS Delivery services will not forward to another address.
Will I receive a Shipment confirmation including a tracking number?
Yes. Within a day of your gift being shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes your tracking number and instructions on how to track the delivery of your gift.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Deliveries CANNOT be made to P.O. Boxes via UPS. USPS Express Mail does deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to Canada or anywhere outside the U.S.?
No. At this time, we are only able to ship to 50 states. Next year, we will begin shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom.
